GLE home lift
Improlift
The Improlift is a compact hydraulic home lift from GLE, built for family homes where space is tight. It carries 250, 315 or 385kg up to 12 metres, travels inside its own freestanding structure or a masonry shaft, and needs a pit of just 100mm, or none at all with a ramp.

A compact home lift without the building work
The Improlift is designed for family homes, where there is often very little room for a lift. It travels inside its own freestanding modular structure, which forms the shaft and takes up no more space than itself, so there is no major building work. It can also be installed in a masonry shaft, indoors or outdoors.
The structure has its own 100mm pit and a simple ramp, so there is no pit to dig, and in a masonry shaft the pit is just 100mm. The structure comes in a wide choice of colours, or with glazed walls on request, and there are five car designs, from laminate and Formica to stainless steel, custom printed glass and fully glazed panoramic cars.
It runs from a normal household supply and uses about as much energy as a household appliance, with an optional biodegradable hydraulic fluid. A 2D optical safety system brings the car to a smooth stop if it detects the slightest movement across the open car entrance, and an optional device returns the car to the ground floor if the power fails.
