A dedicated bin lift in Manchester city centre
On behalf of MGroup Property, we supplied and installed a new Aritco goods-only lift on Mosley Street in Manchester city centre, to move commercial bins and goods between levels safely and cut out the manual handling.
Half-height landing doors give convenient access for loading while keeping the platform properly guarded, and the 90-degree entrance arrangement lets bins load on one side and unload on another.

Rhinolift Goods Lift
Built exclusively for goods, with no machine room and no pit to excavate.
We install the Rhinolift, a superior goods lift with rated loads of 500, 1,000, 1,500 or 2,000kg. Its energy consumption is significantly lower than that of conventional lift platforms, which reduces operating costs, and it has been specially designed for buildings with high turnover and movement of goods between floors, such as shopping centres, department stores and industrial installations.
It comes with its own freestanding modular structure, so no major construction work is needed inside your building and installation causes the minimum disruption to your business. It is fully compliant with the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What loads can a goods lift carry?
The Rhinolift is available with rated loads of 500, 1,000, 1,500 or 2,000kg, and is specially designed for buildings with high turnover and movement of goods between floors.
Does a goods lift need a machine room or pit?
The Rhinolift needs no machine room, because its geared traction motor is housed in the upper part of its own freestanding modular structure. The structure incorporates a 100mm shaft pit, which needs a straightforward loading ramp, or a 100mm pit can be built below the structure instead.
Can people travel in a goods lift?
The standard Rhinolift is built exclusively for goods, so no one should travel in it. The Rhinolift PRO is designed to carry one or two competent attendants with the goods. Need a lift for people and goods? The Aritco PublicLift Access is also available in a goods version, intended for both persons and goods.
Do you provide maintenance and servicing?
Yes. We offer planned servicing and prompt repairs to keep your lift safe, reliable and compliant.
