On behalf of MGroup Property, Premium Lifts Ltd supplied and installed a new Aritco goods-only lift at a commercial property on Mosley Street in Manchester city centre. The job: move commercial bins and goods between levels safely, and cut out the manual handling.

The lift is configured with a 90-degree entrance arrangement, loading on one side and unloading on another, to suit the building's layout and the space available.

Designed for bins, not people

This is a dedicated goods lift. Half-height landing doors give convenient access for loading while keeping the platform properly guarded, an arrangement that suits the daily movement of commercial bins perfectly.

Black, with a purpose

The complete lift is finished in RAL 9005 Black, with contrasting yellow safety edges around the platform and access points. The high-visibility detailing clearly marks changes in level and loading edges, a practical finish that also looks sharp in the building's service areas.

City centre logistics

Installing in a live city centre property meant careful attention to positioning, access and the door arrangement, so the finished lift works effortlessly with the way the building actually operates.
